Tiny House Lots

The only zoning provision that is currently open to tiny homes in our area is in an RV park, on a farm, tiny house community, and sometimes in a mobile home park. 

​

If you want to purchase your own land, we suggest purchasing a lot with an old mobile home on it. You will have all your utilities present and the towns are usually open to an "upgrade" to a tiny home. Please double check with the town first, before you purchase land or a tiny home to make sure there are no restrictions.

Future Hudson River Tiny House Community. We have a lot of interest in establishing a tiny house community. Although we currently have not purchased a piece of property, feel free to check back for updates.
